Jennifer is a licensed professional engineer and certified professional traffic operations engineer bringing 19 years of technical experience in both public and private sectors. Her experience includes traffic signal design, illumination design, ITS design, route planning, transportation modeling, traffic signal warrant studies, roadway level of service analyses, traffic impact studies, site access and circulation studies, traffic signal timing, traffic control plans, and intersection layout design. Jennifer’s years of field experience allow her to relate planning studies to real-world operations. Jennifer is an active member of many engineering societies, including the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), ITS Texas, and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Texas.
