Gardens of Denton: Adding relaxed, community living to Denton’s unique charm.
As the City of Denton continues its economic development, one can’t help but be drawn to its small-town feel with big-city amenities. And with the addition of the Gardens of Denton complex, the two come together in one 392-unit, garden-style housing project. The 20-acre project called for Pacheco Koch to come up with roadway, drainage and utility design, alongside master planning for future phases.
